REESKOVA is a premium marketplace where verified companies publish properties, vehicles, and services, and buyers discover, contact, and advance their purchase journey.

RSC / REESKOVA is a publishing and connection platform. We do not intermediate contracts, custody funds, or handle legal paperwork between parties.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Businesses must complete onboarding and maintain truthful company and listing data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Listing content, prices, availability, photos, and descriptions are provided by advertisers. Always confirm material details directly with the company before purchasing, renting, financing, or visiting.

You may not publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and platform integrity.

Any sale, rental, financing, insurance, or service agreement is solely between you and the relevant company or institution. RSC is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee third-party performance or listing condition.

Optional tools (for example financing simulations or partner services) may redirect you to independent providers with their own terms.

• Do not scrape, attack, or overload the service beyond normal use.
• Do not harass users, spoof identity, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

The REESKOVA / RSC Market brand, interface, and software are owned by RSC Group or its licensors. Advertisers retain rights to their listing content and grant us a license to host and display it on the platform.

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace or from dealings with third parties.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer or data-protection law in your jurisdiction.
