REESKOVA / RSC Market acts as the controller of personal data processed through the platform for account management, publishing, discovery, messaging, visits, and related marketplace features.

We collect only what is needed to operate the marketplace and the features you choose to use.

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and profile preferences.
• Usage data: searches, saved listings, region/market selection, device and log information.
• Communications: messages with sellers, visit requests, and support tickets.
• Business data (companies): legal/trade name, tax ID where required, contact persons, and listing content you publish.

We process personal data to provide and improve the platform, keep accounts secure, enable contact between buyers and verified advertisers, personalize region/currency experiences, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We share information with verified partners or service providers only when necessary to deliver a feature you requested (for example, routing a lead to an advertiser) or when required by law.

REESKOVA is a publishing and connection platform. Contracts, payments, financing agreements, and legal paperwork are handled directly between you and the company or institution involved—not by RSC as an intermediary.

Advertisers and partner institutions are independent controllers of data they receive from you outside our systems. Review their privacy notices when you share information directly with them.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, legitimate business needs, or legal retention duties. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.
